In 1994, he co-founded Vento Software, a provider of packaged vertical business intelligence applications. Blyer served as CEO and president until November 1999, when Vento was acquired by Chicago-based SPSS. After the acquisition, he served as President of the company's Enabling Technologies Division. Prior to Vento, Blyer held executive management and sales positions with Graphical Information, NCR and several other leading technology firms. He is active in community affairs, serving as a member of the Young Entrepreneur's Council at Nova Southeastern University since Sept. 2006 and on the university's Blue Ribbon Scholarship Committee. Since November 1998, he has been a Director of DryClean USA.

His career includes senior executive positions at Hewlett-Packard; where he managed a division, Pilot Network Services; where he served as VP of sales and service; Zantaz Corporation, where he served as VP of Sales and Tandem Computers; where he was instrumental in establishing the company's telecommunications and Internet lines of business both in the US and internationally. In the early 1990's, Bob was part of the AT&T engineering team that deployed the first fiber optic communications system used to carry commercial traffic. He holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on finance.

During his 25-year career, Eric has brought numerous technology products to market and managed the complete product lifecycle from requirements definition through end-of-life. He has held executive management positions In Marketing, Business Development and Program Management with firms addressing a broad array of IT market segments including network security, data communications, business intelligence, application development and technology advisory services. These include Datability, JYACC, Datapro Information Services Group, Vento Software, SPSS, CyberGuard and Motorola..

She has held exectuive management positions with firms in a number of industry sectors, including insurance, financial services and information technology. Sylvia also plays an active role in community life as a donor, volunteer and advocate.

During his 30-year career, Brian has managed the service and support organizations for many successful software companies, including SPSS, Vento Software, and SoftKey, where he consistently exceeded revenue targets and profitability goals.

He has extensive experience as a CFO in the financial services and manufacturing industries. Among his posts, Bob has served as CFO of First Southern Bank, CFO of Weatherguard Building Products and Controller at Nations Bank. He also holds an Adjunct Professor position at Broward College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Marietta College and his MBA from Pace University.

| Ryan Finkelstein: Vice President of Client Services As someone who always puts his community above self, Ryan brings his diverse background and passionate personality to DonorCommunity where he heads up sales, marketing, and business development in the Client Services division. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he moved back to South Florida, earned his J.D., and is currently a member of the Florida Bar which has enabled him to also provide internal legal counsel. Ryan has a thorough understanding of social media and the emerging software landscape which enables him to be a key influence in DonorCommunity's fresh and innovative platform. He spends much his free time volunteering with several local nonprofit organizations and believes that giving back is one of the most important issues we can focus on to help sustain positive growth in our communities.
